How it works
30-second demonstration.
Step 01
Shake the bottle
Cold from the fridge, shaken once.
Step 02
Pour
0.75 oz for a single, 1.5 oz for a double.
Step 03
Build the drink
Milk, water, ice or spirits. Hot or cold.
0.75 oz = 1 espresso shot. About 33 to 34 shots per bottle, or 17 doubles.
Formats
Two formats.
750 mL bottle
12 per case. Behind the bar, on the cart, in the reach-in. 17 double shots.
5 L bag in box
On a tap or a pour spout. 111 double shots. Low waste, small footprint, built for volume.
Both arrive cold and live in the fridge.
Bundled with every program
The latte, without the espresso machine.
A steam wand is the metal arm that heats and froths milk. Ours comes on its own countertop unit, so you get the hot drink without the machine. It ships with every coffee service, bar and mobile program.
What it does
Heats and foams milk in about 20 seconds. Three preset temperatures.
What it needs
A standard outlet and a countertop. A water line, or a jug feed where there is no plumbing.
Who runs it
Anyone, after a five minute demo. Auto shutoff when the milk hits temperature.
How you clean it
Purge, steam, wipe.
Runs on the same outlet as a slow cooker.
