Friday night lights serving a real espresso drink poured from a bottle

Friday night lights

Friday night lattes.

Iced in September, hot in November. Run by volunteers from a cooler.

The old way

Popcorn, candy, nachos, soda. The same eight items every Friday.

Concessions fund the season, and the menu has not changed in twenty years. Anything that needs a trained barista or a machine that needs dialing in is a non-starter for a volunteer crew. Espresso stayed out of the stand because there was no way to serve it. Now there is.

The play

One cooler. One steam wand. Two drinks that carry the season.

01

Volunteer-proof

Pour, steam, hand it through the window. A five minute demo trains the whole shift.

02

Runs on what you have

One standard outlet. No water line needed with the jug feed. We'll walk you through your district and county.

03

Season-long supply

We deliver cases to the school before every home game and keep you stocked through playoffs.

Good to know

Questions we get.

Does our soda pouring contract allow this?Open

Coffee typically sits outside a soda exclusivity contract. We provide a one page letter for your athletic director to confirm with the district.

What about power and water at the stand?Open

The steam wand runs on a standard outlet. The jug feed version needs no plumbing. Bottles live in a cooler on ice.

Who buys it?Open

The booster club orders and we invoice the club. Sales at school events are tax exempt for the club when proceeds benefit the school; confirm with your treasurer.
